Prenatal Education for Expecting Parents

Join Kate and Kim for a nurturing, yoga-infused, breastfeeding-informed workshop designed to support both your body and your heart.

Whether you’re pregnant and preparing to breastfeed, or currently nursing your little one, this class will leave you feeling grounded, confident, and connected.

We’ll begin by exploring breastfeeding positions that protect your body—focusing on posture, comfort, and the small adjustments that make a big difference in your feeding experience.

From there, Kate will guide you through a gentle, heart-opening yoga flow to release tension and create space in your body. We’ll close with a centering meditation and affirmations to restore confidence and reconnect you with your intuition and strength as a parent.

Breastfeeding—and parenting—can be deeply rewarding but also physically and emotionally demanding.

Kate and Kim are here to remind you that you deserve support, rest, and care too.
