As the leaves turn and the air cools, join us for a nurturing 6-week yoga series inspired by the spirit of Autumn.
This special series is designed to help you harvest the energy of summer, embrace abundance, and gently prepare for the inward journey of winter.
Each week, we’ll blend Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, using mindful breath and movement to ground ourselves, release what no longer serves us, and tune into the rhythms of nature. Props will be thoughtfully incorporated to support and deepen your practice, making it accessible and safe for all levels.

Letting Go Flow through sequences that encourage release—shedding anything you’re ready to leave behind, just as the trees let go of their leaves.
Grounding & Rooting Connect to the earth with grounding postures, cultivating stability and presence as we settle into autumn’s embrace.
Preparing for Rest Gentle, restorative movements and deep relaxation to honor the transition toward winter and fostering inner warmth.
