Barre with Rebecca

Rebecca’s approach fuses ballet, yoga and Pilates focusing on low-impact, high-intensity movements for a balanced, full-body workout.
Classes incorporate:
· Active movement to increase heart rate,
· Isometric (small, controlled) movements to target specific muscle groups
· Weights, gliders, loop bands, and yoga blocks to build strength and add resistance
· Deep stretching
This series is open to individuals who are new to barre as well as those with experience. Classes are best suited for individuals who have some experience with dance, yoga, pilates, or cardiovascular exercise.
