Yoga Basics - Beginner Friendly

Learn the basics of yoga in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refresh your practice, this series is designed to provide foundational knowledge and address any questions or hesitations.
Classes will explore:
· Yoga poses and modifications
· Pranayama (breathing exercises)
· Relaxation
· Mindfulness + Meditation
Classes welcome inquiry and offer a safe space to explore the connection between the body, mind and breath. From posture alignment to using props, this series offers experience and information to help you establish a safe and accessible yoga practice.
Thursdays 10-11am
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
