Prenatal Yoga 4 Week Series

Sundays at 10:30 AM

11/17, 11/24, 12/8 + 12/15 (No class 12/1)

This series is focused around the season of Fall with mindfulness practice, breath work and movements all integrated into a prenatal specific yoga class. In class mamas are encouraged to connect with their baby, create bonding and space with in the body and pelvis to prepare and strengthen for birth.

This class is taught by Rebecca White, MA, CYT. Rebecca has been teaching yoga for over 13 years. She taught and practiced yoga through both of her pregnancies and is passionate about sharing supportive and healthful movement with women during their pregnancies and postpartum.

Prenatal Yoga is an amazing adjunct to birth classes and birth preparation for the pelvic floor and more. Through gentle movements, core activation and mobility of the soft tissues around the hips and pelvis it can be utilized to allow for ease and preparation for birth.
