Mama + Baby Yoga is a relaxed class that can assist your postpartum recovery, strengthen the bond with your baby and is a chance to meet other mamas in the community.

In this 3-week series, you will learn asana and pranayama to ease aches and pains, promote emotional regulation and balance stress hormones.

We will also practice baby yoga that encourages movement and supports sleep and digestion for your little one.

Yoga benefits both mom and baby- mind, body, spirit!

Class is for those who are at least 6 weeks postpartum up to one year.
