Program Structure
The 85-hour curriculum includes:
40 hours of in-person instruction, practice teaching, and interactive workshops.
35 hours of LIVE Virtual Training, Lectures + Titrated information over time.
10 hours of self-study, assigned readings, and final sequence development

Karen Carola is a licensed midwife with 30+ years of experience supporting women through pregnancy and childbirth. She combines her clinical expertise with a deep personal yoga practice spanning 20+ years.
Emily Bessemer specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women's health physical therapy. With 10+ years of clinical practice and specialized training in prenatal and postpartum care, she brings invaluable insight into the biomechanics of the changing pregnant body.
