Delve deeper into your own energetic practice. Kundalini yoga is as much of a spiritual practice as it is a movement meditation to deepen your connection to your inner and outer worlds.
This offering begins the first Monday of the month and will invite you to develop a 40 day practice with a krya or framework (specific breathing techniques, asanas, mudras, and mantras).
Monday evenings we will be focusing on down-regulating, and practicing UN-WINDING from our day to usher in a gentle, and peaceful night's rest.
An exchange of $80 to receive your recorded krya (so you can practice at home) and attend weekly live in-person classes for the month of February
February - Krya to Match Your Destiny
This Krya is built of asanas and movements embodying the guiding principle aligning physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually with your soul-force (your destiny). This intention is not to uncover a narrowly defined purpose, but to open plurality of inspiration, higher action and additional pathways so that you have many options of clarity. The pranayama in this krya brings the vision of the heart into this clarity.
March - Krya of Ease
This krya reminds us that ease is a state of being that is filled with knowledge, faith, trust -- plus the courage to venture into the unknown. These are the ventures that maintain the health and wellbeing of your physical body - that hold it all together.
FUTURE KRYAS:
April - Krya for Awakening
May - Krya to Empower Your Voice
June - Krya for Centeredness
July - Krya of Openness
August - Krya of the Tao
September - Sage Warrior Krya
