Start your Thursday with gentle and balanced Yoga Practice.
Classes include:
· Yoga poses with variations offered
· Pranayama (breathing exercises)
· Relaxation
· Mindfulness + Meditation
Classes welcome inquiry and offer a safe space to explore the connection between the body, mind and breath. This class is open to all levels and is beginner friendly.
Thursdays 10-11am
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
