Each Mindful Mornings class will incorporate gentle yoga, breath work, and meditation to create a holistic self-care practice that sets a positive tone for the rest of your day.
Our practice will close with an opportunity for journaling to help cultivate gratitude and self-reflection.
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class invites you to slow down and connect with yourself.
