This 3-week trauma-informed series invites you to move with your breath at a pace that feels right for you.

With a focus on gentle, intentional movement, students will have the freedom to modify or enhance their practice as they see fit.

Whether you are new to yoga or simply looking for a soothing practice, you will find this class a welcoming space to unwind and reset.

No prior experience is needed- just come as you are!

Each session includes a grounding ritual, intention setting, mindful movement, and savasana for relaxation.
