Grievers of any kind welcome here!
This workshop will focus on making space for our grief, honoring it in our own ways, and sharing it with and feeling held by each other in this collective space.
Melissa will lead the group with some energy work for the collective and for each individual and offer with some intuitive messages through automatic writing for each participant.
Attendees will be encouraged to ground into this relaxing space and share as much or as little about their grief experience as feels comfortable for them.
