A Five Week Series

Spring has spring and it’s time to get our bodies up and moving to enjoy the season.

Starting April 1st, come join Dr. Emily for a vinyasa style movement flow to open your body, mind and spirit to connect with the inner and outer seasons.

Class will integrated:

  • Pranayama (breath work)

  • Sun Salutations and a vinyasa inspired yoga flow

  • 10 minutes of closing meditation practice
