Starting April 1st, come join Dr. Emily for a vinyasa style movement flow to open your body, mind and spirit to connect with the inner and outer seasons.
Class will integrated:
Pranayama (breath work)
Sun Salutations and a vinyasa inspired yoga flow
10 minutes of closing meditation practice
