Herbal Plant Spirit Meditation

Feb 23 : Release & Connect to Spirit with Motherwort - Limited Space Available

Class will be 90 minutes with an opportunity to mingle for a little while after.

Each month we will sit with an herb that coincides with the season. This session, the theme is the quickening & awakening the sacred with hibiscus - Limited Space Available

We will journey through the chakra’s, taking notice of how the herb effects each wheel. We will weave in greenwitch practices under the guidance of the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing, calling in and giving gratitude to the elements. There will be an opportunity for a few folks to share experiences within the circle. Then we will go into the herbs healing properties, energetics and other wisdoms before closing together.

Please bring:

• an item of meaning to you to place on our community altar (you will take it back home with you after class)

• a journal if you wish!

• favorite mug with you!

I will include plant profiles that you can bring home to hole punch and put in a binder to build your own materia medica.
