“In This Season”: A Movement and Meditative Writing Experience

“In This Season” Movement and Meditative Writing Experience creates a safe space for you to move, write, and share in a supportive and inclusive community. In this transformative journey, we will honor whatever season you might find yourself in through gentle movement, guided meditation, writing, and optional sharing.
Sessions will also explore the current season of Japan’s 72 Micro Seasons (learn more here). Each experience will nurture your mind, body, and spirit while creating space for your right-now self. As a trauma-informed experience, you will be provided with invitations to meet your individual needs so you can do what is best for you in the moment.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your favorite notebook or journal; journals and writing utensils will be available for those without one. Personal laptops or tablets are also welcome for writing.
