Barre Basics with Rebecca

Barre is a full-body workout that combines movements from ballet, yoga, pilates and strength training. A barre class includes high reps of low-impact movements using light weights and other props such as gliders, yoga blocks, and loop bands.
Join Rebecca for “Barre Basics” – a class focused on foundational barre exercises with detailed instruction on alignment, modifications, and how to use props. This class will include:
Active movement to increase heart rate,
Isometric (small, controlled) movements to target specific muscle groups,
And deep stretching
Rebecca’s approach to Barre focuses on FUN! The intention is to enjoy movement and increase strength and stamina. We’ll groove to upbeat music and learn how to safely push ourselves with full permission to laugh, modify, and take breaks.
This class is best suited for individual who have some experience with dance, yoga, pilates, or cardiovascular exercise.
