This six week series will focus on breath-synced movement sequences with ample opportunity to make modifications and enhancements to what is offered.
Practices will include foundational alignment prompts and cues as well as instructions on prop guidelines for support of individual physical needs on the mat.
Your home practice will be supported with a downloadable ebook gentle yoga sequence following the conclusion of our series.
This class is best for:
People who are interested in taking an hour to rest and restore/relax in to a gentle class practice
Building the foundation for a gentle yoga home practice
Props and foundations included in this series of classes
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
