Join Rebecca for a 90-min Loving Kindness Practice. This class will begin with guided relaxation and pranayama. Next students will move into a mindful series of heart-opening postures. As the class progresses, the yoga sequences will follow a slow rhythm; blending gentle and more challenging poses and providing space for mindfulness, longer postures holds. and deep breathing. Variations will be offered for students at different levels/experience. Class will wind down with deep relaxation and a guided loving-kindness meditation. After meditation students will have an opportunity to reflect on the practice and are invited to bring a journal to compose their own loving-kindness mantras.
