Learn the basics of yoga in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refresh your practice, this series is designed to provide foundational knowledge and address any questions or hesitations about practicing yoga.
The Series will explore:
· fundamental yoga poses and modifications
· Pranayama (breathing exercises)
· Mindfulness practices
· Meditation
Classes welcome inquiry and offer a safe space to explore the connection between the body, mind and breath. From posture alignment to yoga etiquette, this series covers the foundational information to help you establish a safe and accessible yoga practice.
