Yin/Yang Class
Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm
May 2 - June 6 (6 Weeks)
This class blends two styles into one practice bringing together the benefits of Yin Yoga and dynamic vinyasa-style sequences. The class begins with supine and seated Yin postures that are passively held to work deep into the connective tissue and joints. The second half transitions to active postures that focus on building strength and stamina. Class will also include pranayama and meditation. This class is recommended for students who have experience with yoga.
This series welcomes students at varying levels of yoga and meditation experience.

Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
