8-Week Series

Tuesdays: 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17

5:00 - 6:00 pm

This six-week, trauma-informed series will focus on breath-synced movement sequences with ample opportunity to make modifications and enhancements to what is offered. Students can expect a naturally-lit space, easy access to the support of a variety of props and a soft playlist without lyrics.

The class includes an Acclimation Ritual, gentle movement, and a generous savasana. This class is best for:

Those who are new to, or returning to a physical yoga practice.

And/Or Students who are seeking the quiet, but present support of community.

And/Or People who are seeking to devote time to the practice of calming their minds, and hearts through building a connection to breath and body.

Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
