This is the beginner level reiki attunement for self care and refilling your cup.

Get attuned to the first level and learn energy hygiene/self care techniques with Dr. Emily to be able to take care of yourself and utilize energy work in your daily life.

If you’re reattuning (taking again after a time away) with Dr. Emily discounts are available upon request :)

How to perform a self care sessions

Guided Meditations for Getting in Touch with Yourself and Your Personal Guides

Hands on self care for getting in tune with and understanding reiki on yourself
