Are you ready to try some yoga?
Gentle flow allows for movement and understanding of the body and we learn and move in the winter time. If you’re looking to guide, flow and grow as a yogi and beyond this class is a great start for you.
The new year can bring many fresh ideas and inclinations towards classes, movements and fun - this class integrates it all. Gentle movement practices with a focus on beginner level understanding (but advanced practitioners are welcomed too!) to get a good alignment, flow and opening in the body.
This flow works for all ages, body types and physical abilities because it’s adaptable.

This class is ideal for:
Those trying a new movement practice or starting to invigorate a previous practice in the new year
Postpartum moms returning to exercise routines looking for a little more flowing gentle movement
Will have options for all ability types
Interested in learning the language and style of Baptiste Yoga
Wednesdays at EmBodied Physical Therapy in Point Pleasant : 6:30 PM
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
