One Strong Mother: Pre+Postnatal Bootcamp Class

Learn how to safely strengthen your body during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond! This whole-body corrective exercise, bootcamp-style program prioritizes proper breathing techniques to safely and gently reconnect, activate and engage the powerhouse of your body - the core - with an emphasis on preventing/correcting diastasis recti and facilitating pelvic floor health.

We will begin our class with breath and core activation. After your core is activated and engaged, we will move on to more detailed strength circuits utilizing hand weights, bands and barre balls that will target your glutes, core, scapular girdle and chest. We will top off class with a gentle cardio circuit and end with a stress-relieving, grounding meditation.

Be prepared to breathe, work, sweat and leave feeling energized, strong and relaxed! Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothing.

Grippy socks are optional as barefoot is preferred.
