Honor new beginnings and spark your unique light with “SoulSparks and Fireworks: A Special Year-End Meditative Journaling/Writing Experience!”
This 90-minute program includes guided meditations, mindful writing prompts, and compassionate connections in a supportive and nurturing environment.
This workshop will guide you through a process of reflecting upon your path to the present moment while discovering the sparks of your soul’s words, ideas, and wishes that will illuminate your sense of self and purpose in the new year like bright, bold, and beautiful fireworks.
Those who are called to share with the group are just as welcome as those who choose to keep their thoughts to themselves. No prior writing experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
As a trauma-informed experience, you will be provided with invitations to meet your individual needs and comfort levels while fostering your peace.
While journals and writing utensils will be available, attendees are welcome to bring their favorite notebook, journal, laptop, or device.
Please dress comfortably.
Meet Your Instructor:
Jill Ocone (Trauma Informed RYT-200, Master Journalism Educator) is a movement and writing teacher, a high school journalism educator, and a published author/writer. Her goal is to create an inclusive and safe environment with mindful experiences that combine movement, meditation, and her passion for writing.
