Through slow, accessible vinyasa-style flow, each class will emphasize grounding, gentle opening, and steady strengthening. We’ll begin by cultivating spaciousness and ease. Inviting breath, mobility, and soft expansion. Then gradually build toward warmth, energy, and inner brightness as the weeks unfold. This all-levels class honors where you are each day, offering options and variations to support both rest and exploration.

Expect mindful movement, breath-centered pacing, and moments of stillness woven throughout. Together, we’ll move with the season awakening energy, nurturing balance, and arriving at the threshold of summer feeling both rooted and radiant.
