Meet Your Instructor:

Dr. Emily lovingly refers to Amy as the mom re-parenting us all. Her inner nature, nonjudgemental personality and general understanding of all ages, stages and phases of motherhood (more on that below) gives her a unique perspective and ability to provide support to all the women in her life and beyond. Amy is a mama to 2 wonderfully amazing daughters and she was also recently a surrogate (in December of 2022 she gave birth to her amazing Surro-Baby that she still gets to connect with regularly). Amy worked in education as a teacher for 10 years when she opted to leave the profession to stay home and raise her girls. Amy has had had a c-section, 2 VBACS, IVF for the surrogacy and is very open about all of her experiences, including the post-partum ups and downs which makes her a great resource and confidant for any of your postpartum/birth/pregnancy questions. Amy is a certified yoga teacher and is currently rediscovering her love of surfing with her new body after 3 babies. Mostly Amy’s mission on this planet is truly to help people in any way she can and she’s working hard on raising her daughters to be kind humans.
