Celebrate Valentine’s Day by loving yourself exactly as you are and recognizing your amazing worth! Individuals and gal pals are all invited to the “Galentine’s Self Love Workshop,” which will create a safe space for you to connect to yourself with love through gentle movement, meditative writing, and compassionate connections in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Both those who are called to share with the group and those who choose to keep their thoughts to themselves are welcome.

No prior movement or writing experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore and kindle your unique light.

As a trauma-informed experience, you will be provided with invitations to meet your individual needs and comfort levels while fostering your peace.

While journals and writing utensils will be available, attendees are welcome to bring their favorite notebook, journal, laptop, or device.

Please dress comfortably. Light refreshments will be served.
